Bank was established & come on operation from 2061/07/13 (29 October 2004) taking slogan "स्थानीय विकासको आधार" (Partner for Local development) with 31 founder promoters team from different fields of life eg. Chartered accountant, Bankers, Professionals, Industrialists & Businessman etc. now the banks enlarged to 1300 family member with public shareholders from different fields of life . From day one bank fallowing motto to mobilize banks resources with in the banks area because of it we are success to get profit from the beginning of the year and able to run all branches on profit.

Now a day's bank is planning to focus on mobilization & utilization of local resources through Micro finance for economic and social development of this region.
